  Description

  Circa 20m N of a ringfort (GA029-122----). Poorly preserved subcircular rath (N-S 49.3m, E-W 43.7m) defined by a bank and external fosse. The bank is extant from NW through N to NE and at SW; elsewhere a scarp forms the enclosing element. The fosse does not survive from SW through W to NNE. Entrance gap at SE. • GA029-122 Ringfort - rath
  Description

  On S-facing slope of a ridge in grassland. Poorly preserved subcircular rath (N-S 63m, E-W 60m) defined by two banks and an intervening fosse. The inner bank survives from N through S to WNW; elsewhere a scarp forms the enclosing element. The outer bank is extant from NE through E to SSE, and is overlain by a field wall at ESE. No visible surface trace survives elsewhere. A gap at S appears modern Two ringforts (GA029-121----, GA029-123----) lie c. 20m to N and c. 150m to ESE respectively.
