Description
Semi-detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1915, with full-height canted bay, canted-bay two-storey extension built to gable c. 1980, extensions to rear, now in use as guest house. Pitched slate roof, artificial slate to new west canted bay, terracotta ridge tiles, rendered chimneystack corresponding to former west gable, ogee moulded cast-iron rainwater goods to original section, new metal rainwater goods to west section. Red brick wall laid in English garden wall bond with projecting eaves and plinth course and blind recessed panels below first floor windows, painted render to all other elevations, square-headed window openings with rock-faced granite lintels and granite sills, round-headed entrance formed in voussoired rock-faced granite with granite keystone and moulded red brick impost mouldings. Replacement aluminum windows and glazed door. Front door opening onto original tiled area and two granite steps, paved footpath through front lawn, enclosed to street by wrought-iron pedestrian gate and railing on granite plinth wall.

Semi-detached two-bay two-storey house, built c.1915, with full-height canted bay, single-storey canted bay to gable elevation, two-bay two-storey yellow brick return and later extensions c. 1930-1960. Pitched slate roof, terracotta ridge tiles, red brick chimneystack to gable, rendered above roof level, ogee moulded cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted red brick walls laid in English garden wall bond with projecting eaves and plinth course and blind recessed panels below first floor windows, square-headed window openings with rock-faced granite lintels and granite sills and round-arched door opening formed in voussoired rock-faced granite with keystone and moulded red brick impost moulds. Two-over-two timber sash windows with ogee horns and coloured leaded overlights, original pine doorcase set within aluminum glazed porch with replacement double-leaf panelled door and leaded coloured glass sidelights. Door opens onto porch with original tiling, and concrete and granite steps to concrete pavement through front lawn enclosed to street by wrought-iron railing on granite plinth wall with pedestrian gate. Pair of tall red brick piers to east and tarmacadam drive to detached two-bay two-storey rendered dwelling built c. 2007 to rear garden, replacing former coach house.

Attached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1890, with front garden. Pitched slate roof, black clay ridge tiles, pair of centrally placed red brick chimneystacks with clay pots and cast-iron rainwater goods on timber fascia, ball finial to apex of north gable. Painted ruled-and-lined rendered walling, render quoins and rendered plinth course. Square-headed window openings with moulded render architrave surrounds, with painted concrete sills. To the ground floor the architraves are kneed with keystones, to the north gable at both levels the surrounds have keystones and window aprons. Two-over-two timber sash windows with ogee horns. Central square-headed door opening with architrave surround, kneed to plinth blocks with a diamond-faced keystone and a pair of shoulder stones, replacement hardwood panelled door and overlight. Door opens onto concrete step and footpath through front garden enclosed to road by rendered wall and a steel pedestrian gate. The north side garden area is enclosed by a tall rendered wall, with a pair of tall piers with ball finials and corrugated iron gates.
