  In improved wet pasture, 30m W of a watercourse. Enclosure (LI023-202----) 75m to E. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Identified as a substantial subrectangular-shaped earthwork by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 188: AP 4/3688). Monument is visible as a subrectangular-shaped earthwork (approx. 70m N-S; 60m E-W) on Digital Globe orthophotos taken 2011-2013 and on Google Earth orthoimage taken 05/04/2006.   In rough, wet pasture, 15m E of a townland boundary with Doonvullen Upper and 50m SE of a watercourse. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Identified as a roughly circular-shaped cropmark by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 149: AP 4/3661). Monument is visible as an irregular suboval-shaped cropmark on Google Earth orthoimage taken 28/06/2018. • LI023-248 Barrow - ring-barrow
  Description

  On flat pasture partially bisected by the townland boundary with Rathjordan, 50m E of the townland boundary with Doonvullen Upper. Ring-barrow (LI023-211----) 250m to N. The site is not depicted on historic OSi maps but is faintly visible on the OSi orthoimage taken 2005-12. Identified by Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 282 AP 4/3658) as a ring-barrow comprised of a circular area defined by a fosse with an external bank (ext. diam. 38m E-W). The S tip of the monument is in Rathjordan townland bisected by the townland boundary. The ring-barrow is visible on the most recent Google Earth orthoimages taken 05/04/2006 and 28/06/2018.
