  Description

  In level pasture. Circular area (24m N-S; 26m E-W) defined by scarped edge (H 1.15m; Wth 3.5m), with external fosse (D 0.45m; Wth 6.3m) SW-NE. Fosse terminates at water-filled depression at NE and has been infilled ESE-SW. Enclosing element overgrown with bushes which are encroaching on interior which is otherwise covered by tall grass and slopes down gently towards the centre. Field boundary skirts enclosure W-NE.   Description

  In level pasture. Monument, depicted as embanked circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) on 1841 OS 6-inch map, has been partially levelled. It is now evident as scarped edge (H 0.4m; Wth 4.8m) NW->SE defining circular area (diam. 42.8m). Interior level and under pasture.   Description

  In pasture, on break in NE-facing slope. Circular area (44.8m N-S; 41.2m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.6m; ext. H 3.25m), with external fosse (D 0.65m; Wth 2.8m) W->N. Bank incorporated into roadside field boundary SSE->SSW. A field boundary, which abutted enclosure at NW, has been removed. Gaps in bank at WSW (Wth 2.8m) and ENE (Wth 2.9m). Short section of field boundary runs just outside enclosing bank on E and W sides, both abutting roadside boundary to S. Interior, under pasture, slopes down to NE.   Description

  In level pasture, c. 25m from bank of stream. Circular area (34.2m N-S; 31.3m E-W) enclosed two concentric earthen banks with intervening (Wth 1.9m) and external fosse (D 0.4m; Wth 1.9m). Inner bank (int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.7m) is cut by farm passage (Wth 4.8m) at SE and NW; this also cuts outer bank (int. H 0.4m; ext. H 0.8m) at SE. This meets another farm passage which truncates outer bank SW->NW. A similar passage skirts enclosure at NE. Enclosing element, especially intervening fosse and outer bank, are covered by overgrowth.
