  Situated on the E facing slope on high ground with low-lying bogland to the E. Barely discernible outline of a destroyed enclosure (diam 27m N-S) defined by a scarp with external fosse (Wth 2m) visible at S. Depicted on 1840 edition of OS 6-inch map as an almost square shaped enclosure.   Not visible at ground level. Field fences have been removed by land improvements which probably destroyed the ringfort. Hachured as circular enclosure on 1912 edition of the OS 6-inch map. • OF014-007 Ringfort - rath
  Description

  Poorly preserved ringfort consisting of a circular area (diam 42m N-S) defined by a poorly preserved scarp (ext. H 0.5m avg.) with no evidence of an external fosse or entrance feature. Field fence intersects scarp from S through W to N. Archaeological monitoring under licence no. 04E0651 was required as part of the planning schedule for a single-house development adjacent to a ringfort (SMR 14:7) at Endrim, Ferbane.   Description

  Natural spring well cut out of natual bedrock, no known religious associations or votive offerings at the well. May be just the remains of a secular well, however Stonepark graveyard (OF014-010001-) is located to the SW and may have some association with the well. • OF014-009 Enclosure
  Description

  Situated on the SW facing slope of high ground in undulating countryside. Roughly circular area (diam 42.5m N-S) enclosed by a dry stone wall (T 2m) which varies in height from 0.3m to 1m at E where it acts as part of a field boundary. No visible fosse or entrance feature. There are two possible hut like structures indicated by loosely scattered stones in the centre of the site. The fragmentary remains of these stones makes it difficult to classify them as hut sites. The site has a cashel like appearance especially at E, however this may be due to field clearance from the surrounding fields.   Located on top of high ground in undulating countryside. Raised circular area (N/S diam. 40m; ext. H. 0.70m) defined by a scarp and outer fosse which is visible at East only with several erect unmarked headstones orientated E/W aligned on N/S rows. Dense overgrowth makes full examination impossible. Old pathway intersects outer fosse at west.   Description

  Located on top of high ground in undulating countryside. Raised circular area (N/S diam. 40m; ext. H. 0.70m) defined by a scarp and outer fosse which is visible at East only with several erect unmarked headstones orientated E/W aligned on N/S rows. Dense overgrowth makes full examination impossible. Old pathway intersects outer fosse at west. The enclosure is the enclosing fosse around the graveyard. Graveyard boundary is defined by a scarp which may originally have been a bank and an outer fosse which is still partially visible. Contemporary with gravemarkers and not a seperate site, include as part of graveyard.
