Description
Situated on a very gentle SE-facing slope. Bivallate circular enclosure (diam. c. 35m), defined by a fosse with a possible entrance gap at the SE and an outer fosse (diam. c. 85m) at the E, c. 20m from the inner fosse. Visible as a cropmark on aerial photograph (CUCAP, BDJ 103). Possible house sites occur in the interior of the site and between the two fosses. Not visible at ground level. Two spreads of heat shattered sandstone fragments in a dark, silt clay were exposed as part of the construction work associated with the Greystones Southern Access Route (Excavation Licence 04E0267, sites 1 and 2). Both were interpreted as possible fulacht fia (Wiggins 2007, 489). Site 1 (WI013-099----) measured c. 6m by c. 3m, site 2 (WI013-100----) measured c. 6m by c. 3.5m. Description
An annular ditch (diam. c. 13m; D 0.19m – 0.43m) excavated as part of the construction work associated with the Greystones Southern Access Route (Excavation Licence 04E0401). The enclosed area of the ditch contained 22 post-holes and three cremation which were placed in Late Bronze Age vessels. A series of pits, post-holes, a cremation (also placed in a Late Bronze Age vessel) and a number of linear ditches (one of which extended beyond the limit of the road take) were found outside the annual ditch. Description
A series of pits, stakeholes and a roughly keyhole-shaped area which was filled with baked clay were excavated as part of the construction work associated with the Greystones Southern Access Route (Excavation Licence 04E0402). Description
Six pits and twelve post-holes, some of which contained burnt stones, charcoal and cremated bone, were excavated here as part of the construction work associated with the Greystones Southern Access Route (Excavation Licence 04E0403). The excavator suggested that these remains may be part of a more substantial structure, which may extend beyond the limit of the road take. (Wiggins 2007, 489). Description
The southern half of a circular ditch (diam. c. 12m; Wth 1-1.3m; D 0.2m) was excavated here as part of the construction work associated with the Greystones Southern Access Route (Excavation Licence 04E0467). No internal features or finds were uncovered. The remaining half is preserved outside of the road-take. A stone lined hearth was excavated c. 22m to the E. (Wiggins 2007, 492-3). Description
A small spread of burnt stone material was exposed here as part of the construction work associated with the Greystones Southern Access Route (Excavation Licence 04E0128; Site 20). It was preserved in situ. (Wiggins 2007, 482-3).

Description
Detached five-bay single-storey house, built c.1830. The building is finished in roughcast render. The replacement sheeted door has decorative sidelights and fanlight and is centred on the one-bay gabled breakfront. Window openings are flat-headed with six over six uPVC replacement sliding sash frames. The roof is finished with natural slate with cast-iron rainwater goods. The chimneystack is rendered with a plain cap and clay pots. The building is set back from the road on a slight rise.
