Description
In damp pasture, on a gentle N-facing slope. Circular area (21m N-S; 20m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (Wth 3.65m; int. H 0.85m; ext. H 0.3m) NE-W which is reduced to scarp (Wth 3.4m; H 1.65m) W-NE. Numerous gaps (Wth 0.8m-2.3m) in bank at NE, E, ESE, SSW and W. Trace of shallow external fosse (Wth 5.9m; D 0.2m) NE-SE where waterlogged. Monument raised slightly on N-side to compensate for hill-slope. Level interior under pasture and poached by cattle. Compiled by: Denis Power Date of upload: 6 December 2013

Description
In damp pasture, on a N-facing slope. D-shaped area (4m NE-SW straight side; 4m NW-SE) defined by inner fosse (Wth 2.95m; D 0.25m) SW-NE which is infilled S-SW with up-cast drainage material. Outer bank (Wth 2.4m; int. H 0.25m; ext. H 0.15m) is best preserved SW-W but barely traceable W-NW. Monument truncated by field drain ENE-SE. Ringfort (LI024-014001-) c. 24m to NNW. Description
In reclaimed pasture. The site of an enclosure (LI024-324-) lies 60m to ENE which is depicted on the 1840 ed. OS 6-inch amp. A ring-barrow (LI024-125----) lies 240m to ESE. Not depicted on OS historic mapping. Monument identified as a semicircular-shaped earthwork by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 126: AP 4/3721). Monument is vaguely traceable as a semicircular-shaped cropmark (approx. dims. 10m NE-SW; 8.5m NW-SE), on the E side of a field boundary, on Digital Globe orthophotos taken 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages taken 28/06/2018. There is no visible trace of the monument on the WNW side of the field boundary. Description
On an elevated area of rough, wet pasture, which is cut by land drains and watercourses, 65m W of a townland boundary with Ballyvoneen. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Ring-barrow (LI024-014002-) and enclosure (LI024-014001-) are 12m to NW and 65m to W, respectively. Monument surveyed by the ASI in 2008 and described as a low profile circular-shaped area (9.4m N-S; 9m E-W) defined by a scarp (Wth 0.65m; H 0.05-0.15m) and external fosse (Wth 1.8-1.9m; D 0.1-0.17m). The interior has an E-facing slope and is grass covered. Monument is visible as a much larger oval-shaped cropmark (25m N-S; 20m E-W) on Google Earth orthoimage taken 18/11/2018.
