  Description

  In level pasture, with good view of Knockroe Hill to ENE. Circular area (18m NNW-SSE; 17m WSW-ENE) defined by scarped edge (Wth 5.3m; Dth 0.3m) with external earthen bank (Wth 9.75m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 2.45m); the bank is lowest ENE-E. Wide intervening fosse (basal Wth 4.5m; overall Wth 16.2m; Dth 1.05m) is well defined except ENE-E where shallow. Fosse is fenced off and waterlogged WSW-WNW. Remains of outer bank (Wth 9.95m; int. H 1.05m; ext. H 0.25m) intermittent WNW-NNE and ESE-S-WSW; truncated by land drain and field boundary WSW-WNW.   Description

  In gently undulating pasture, on top of low rise. Oval area (c. 30m NNW-SSE; c. 24m WSW-ENE) enclosed by earthen bank (Wth 5.85m; int. H 0.6m; ext. H 1.3m). Enclosing element and much of interior covered by dense scrub overgrowth except SW quadrant where a possible souterrain (LI023-302----) is located. Enclosure (LI023-322----) adjoins at S side.   Description

  In level area of gently undulating pasture, at base of WNW-facing slope. Circular area (dims. 15m N-S; 16m E-W) defined by scarped edge (Wth 6m; H 0.5m) and external fosse (basal Wth 2.75m; overall Wth 11.75m; Dth 0.15m). Fosse truncated by field boundary WSW-NW. Traces of an outer bank (Wth 9.5m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.15m) N-NE. Interior generally level and monument largely levelled and incorporated into rest of field as pasture.   Description

  In level area of gently undulating pasture, at base of WNW-facing slope. Circular area (11m N-S; 9.5m E-W) defined by scarped edge (Wth 3m; H 0.3m) awith external fosse (basal Wth 2m; overall Wth 10.45m; Dth 0.55m). Fosse in-filled at SW and SSE where former field boundary (long-axis WNW-ESE) was located; boundary now replaced by electric fence. Interior generally level and is incorporated into rest of field.   Description

  In pasture with some rock outcroping, on a WNW-facing slope. Circular area (30m N-S; 28m E-W) defined by scarped edge NE-SE and SW-W (Wth 7.6m; D 2.45m); scarp in levelled W-NE and is obscured by impenetrable vegetation SE-SSE and S-SW. Interior slopes down gently with prevalent slope in E-half and is generally level in W-half, where it may have been raised to compensate for hill-slope.   In generally level pasture, on top of rock outcrop. Upright stone (H 0.96m; Wth 0.34m; T 0.17m) of limestone is sub-rectangular in plan (long-axis N-S) and tilts to the W. H 1.5m; Wth 9.9m) SW-NW; slight gap at W. Bank not evident NE-E; traces of levelled arc E-ESE; not visible ESE-SW, possibly due to quarrying activities further to SE. Interior generally level.
