  In level pasture. D-shaped area (29m NE-SW; 16.4m SE-NW- straight side is at NW) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1m) with external fosse (D 0.5m). Bank has been eroded in many places by cattle accessing interior. Gap in bank at W (Wth 2.3m); recent break in bank at NE (Wth 4.4m). Fosse has been used as dump for earth and rubbish at SW.   In pasture, atop low rise. Sub-rectangular area (42m N-S; 35.5m E-W) defined by scarped edge (ext. H 1.1m) except on W side where levelling of field fence which skirted site, has also removed scarped edge. Interior slightly dome-shaped in profile. According to local information site enclosed by earthen bank which was recently levelled to create present scarped edge; also according to local information interior recently cleared of trees.   In pasture, on slight rise in generally level terrain. Circular area (44m N-S; 40.5m NE-SW) enclosed by eroded earthen bank (int. H 0.6m; ext. H 1.8m) with external fosse (D 0.8m; Wth 1.7m). Break in bank at W (Wth 3m) with possible causeway over fosse but this area recently damaged by agricultural activity. Interior slopes gently down from perimeter towards centre.   Description

  In low-lying pasture. Roughly-circular area (diam. 26.3m N-S; 29.1m E-W) enclosed by overgrown earthen bank (int. H 0.9m; ext. H 1.2m) with shallow external fosse (D 0.3m). Field fences abut bank to E and NW. Entrance on W side (Wth 1.7m) has dry-stone walling (H c. 0.5m) on S side. Immediately inside entrance, on S side, is slightly raised D-shaped area (4.5m x 2m; H c. 0.4m); this possibly remains of 'burial ground for children' indicated in this area on 1840 OS 6-inch map (LI038-127002-).   Description

  In pasture, on low-lying gently undulating terrain with marshy area to NE. Oval area (62m NE-SW; 37m NW-SE) enclosed by earthen bank, with external fosse (Wth 1.6m; D 0.3m) SW->N. Bank (int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1.4m) is generally well preserved but denuded by cattle at W. Entrance (Wth 4.5m) at SSW. Buildings shown abutting external bank face at S on 1923 OS 6-inch map have been removed; remains of stone built pier and enclosing wall survive SSE->S. Field boundary with shallow field drain on W side abuts bank at NNE. Interior, under pasture and used as a paddock, slopes down to NE.   Description

  In woodland, immediately N of a watercourse, along the entrance to Glenbrook House. A mid-19th century spa well (NIAH Reg. No. 21903819) lies immediately to the SE. Not depicted on the 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map. Shown on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map as a raised circular-shaped area (diam. c. 15m) defined by a scarp. Area overgrown with trees on the OSi orthophotograph taken between 2005-12 and on Google Earth orthoimages. Doubtful antiquity may be a designed landscape feature associated with adjoining Spa Well.   Description

  In pasture, atop low NE-SW ridge. Roughly circular area (80m N-S; 73m E-W) defined by scarped edge WSW->SSE and enclosed by field boundary (H 1.5m) SSE->WSW. Scarp (H 0.95m; Wth 3.6m) is best preserved N->E and SW->NNW. A boundary hedge has been planted atop scarp E->SSE. Interior, under pasture, rises up from edges to meet top of ridge which crosses centre on NE-SW axis. Similar enclosures immediately to N (LI038-160---) and 30m to NE (LI038-128---).   Description

  Detached three-bay two-storey over basement country house, built c. 1800, having recent portico to front (west), recent lean-to boiler house to side (north) and conservatory to side (east). Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, uPVC rainwater goods with projecting tooled limestone eaves course. Rendered walls with rendered and tooled limestone plinth. Tooled limestone quoins throughout with rendered quoins to north-western corner. Portico comprising tooled limestone Doric columns supporting tooled limestone open bedded pediment. Diminishing square-headed window openings with render sills and rendered surrounds, having six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows to ground floor. Six-over-three pane timber sliding sash windows to first floor and basement to rear (east). Timber casement windows to conservatory. Round-headed door openings having rendered stepped approach to front elevation with timber panelled door surmounted by spoked fanlight. Render surrounds with render stepped approaches and glazed timber doors to side (south) elevation surmounted by spoked fanlights. Square-headed door openings to conservatory having double-leaf glazed timber doors. Low parapet wall with render coping to steps to conservatory level. Rubble stone enclosing walls.

  Description

  Freestanding spa well, built c. 1840, comprising of D-plan structure having dressed rubble stone wall with bowed wall to rear (north-west). Vaulted stone roof. Square-headed door opening to front (south-east) elevation. Triangular tooled stone drain to doorway. Internal circular well with stone facing. Located off driveway to Glenbrook House.
