Description
In pasture, on lower slopes of S side of E-W ridge. De Valera and O Nualláin (1982, 46, no. 21) recorded four small orthostats set in rectangular pattern. Stones to NE and SE, both measuring 0.3m H by 0.4m Land 0.1m T, stand in line 1.3m apart; third stone (H 0.15m; 0.35m x 0.15m) to SW is parallel to and 1.4m from SE stone; fourth stone (H 0.4m; 0.4m x 0.1m) to NW is 1.4m from last, parallel to and 1.6m from NE stone; interior filled with field stones (ibid.). In pasture, on S-facing slope of E-W ridge. Circular area (29m N-S; 29m E-W) defined by earthen bank (H 1.3m). Bank stone-faced externally; planted with coniferous trees to W where incorporated into field fence system. Large cairn of field clearance stones adjoining outer bank face to SE. Description
In pasture, on S-facing slope. 'Stone fort with 2 (?) ramparts' (int. diam. 110ft; ext. diam. 275ft) 'almost completely cleared away during May 1952' (UCC). In May 1986 circular area (42.6m N-S; 42.8m E-W) defined by low earthen bank visible to NE and SE; bank covered by field clearance material, of earth and stone, elsewhere. Surviving bank levelled in August/September 1990. Material from bank and surrounding surface dumped into interior to form new bank enclosing smaller area (22m N-S; 19m E-W). According to local information, originally "three rings". Possible souterrain (CO070-008002-) in interior. Description
Detached four-bay single-storey national school, dated 1901, having central gable-fronted porch to front (south). Now vacant. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, eaves course and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls with rendered plinth and platbands, carved stone name and date plaque to gable of porch. Square-headed window openings with render sills and surrounds. Remains of one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening with timber battened door and concrete stepped approach. Concrete boundary wall to front of site. Set within own grounds.

Description
Detached four-bay single-storey with dormer attic house, built c.1820, having pitched roofed half dormer windows to front (south), lean-to extension to side (west) and recent flat-roofed extension to rear (north). Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, gable copings, timber bargeboards to dormer windows and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door openings having glazed timber doors. Complex of outbuildings to rear, having pitched corrugated-iron roofs and rendered walls. Square-headed openings with timber casement windows and timber battened sliding doors. Rendered boundary wall to front of site with square-profile piers, wrought-iron gate to pedestrian entrance. Set within own grounds.
