ABP-312268-21, including: • Revisions to the internal circulation core in the north-western part of the building on all levels. Minor consequential amendments include: o The redesign of the BTR foyer and plant rooms at ground floor level; o Internal redesign of a single BTR unit at each level from first to eighth floor (8) no. units); and, o The redesign of the access/circulation core at roof level, with associated amendments to the landscaping design of the surrounding external communal amenity space and rooftop plant area. Revisions to the internal circulation core in the south-western part of the building from ground to sixth floor level, together with an extension of this core to the seventh-floor level. Associated consequential amendments to adjoining areas include: o The amalgamation of 2 no. permitted internal amenity spaces at ground floor level (co-working space and games room) to a single 86 sqm internal amenity space; o Alterations to 3 no. (iv) Western Elevation - provision of screened plant at rooftop levels (at fourth and fifth floor levels); revisions to internal courtyard elevations and an increase in main parapet level at third floor from a permitted level of 31.4m to 31.5m, an increase of approximately 0.1m in height and at fourth floor level from a permitted level of 36.10m to 36.28m, an increase of approximately 0.2m in height and a reduction at fifth floor level from a permitted level of 39.8m to 39.5m, a reduction of approximately 0.3m in height. New Market Watch House Watch House depicted standing in the centre of New Market between Mill Lane to the south and Fordom’s Alley (now Coombe Street) to the north. Near the SE tip of the island on exposed limestone rock. According to Robinson (1980), this is a modern stone circle that was built by the land artist Richard Long in 1975.
