Description
Detached three-bay two-storey T-plan parochial house, built 1911, incorporating earlier fabric, having two-storey return to rear (north) elevation, with recent extensions to either side of return, flat-roofed porch to east end of front elevation, canted bay windows with hipped roofs to front elevation, and recent canted bay window with hipped roof to west elevation. Pitched slate roofs, with red brick chimneystacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls, with render quoins and render plinth course. Square-headed window openings throughout, having moulded render surrounds, with replacement uPVC sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening to porch, having paned over-light and recent timber door. Recent square-headed replacement timber door to east elevation. Set back from road, with decorative wrought-iron pedestrian gate, flanked by matching railings on rendered plinth wall.

Wall-mounted post box, erected c.1905. Rectangular elevation, having single aperture hooded letter slot. Edward VII cipher, and W. T. Allen maker's mark. Set in rubble stone pier.
