Description
In rough pasture, on raised area. Oval-shaped area (44m N-S; 51m E-W), enclosed by poor remains of stone wall (H 0.6m; Wth 2m), levelled NE to SE. Field fence overlies wall on S, outside of which is sharp drop (H 3.5m) to field level. Interior overgrown, very uneven and contains clearance. Souterrain (MA121-136002-) in SW of interior. Description
Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, extant 1838, on an L-shaped plan with three-bay (south) or single-bay (north) two-storey side elevations. Occupied, 1911. Vacated, 1930[?]. Now in ruins. Roof now missing. Ivy-covered rendered walls. Central door opening with fittings now missing. Square-headed window openings with sills now missing, and concealed dressings with fittings now missing. Interior in ruins. Set in unkempt grounds with ivy-covered monolithic piers to perimeter supporting wrought iron double gates.

Description
Detached four-bay single-storey direct entry thatched farmhouse with dormer attic, extant 1838. Extensively renovated, 2006. Replacement pitched reed thatch roof on corrugated-iron base on collared timber construction with corrugated-iron finish to rear (west) pitch, exposed lattice stretchers to raised ridge having blind scallops, cement rendered dwarf chimney stack having concrete capping supporting terracotta pots, and concrete coping to gables. Replacement cement rendered battered walls. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and concealed dressings framing replacement timber casement windows. Square-headed opposing door openings with concealed dressings framing replacement timber boarded or tongue-and-groove timber panelled half-doors. Interior renovated, 2006, including kitchen retaining hearth with rough hewn limestone lintel. Road fronted.
