  Description

  Visible as a linear feature on aerial photographs (OS: 1, 33223-2; OSI 2005), and situated on an undulating landscape with rock outcrop. A depression (L c. 800m; Wth 8-10m) aligned NW-SE may be an older alignment of the N61 Tulsk-Boyle road which at the moment loops c. 200m to the E or it may be a field boundary.   Description

  On a low rise on a W-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 47m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2.75-3.75m; int. H 0.1-0.25m; ext. H 0.6-1m) with internal and external facing stones SE-W-ENE, which is reduced to a scarp (H 1-1.2m) elsewhere. There is no visible fosse or entrance, but a grass-covered cairn (RO010-005002-) (diam. 3m; H 0.4m), probably a clearance cairn, is at the centre.
