  Description

  Situated on a low rise in level pasture. Raised circular area (diam. 25m) enclosed by a wide, earthen bank (Wth 6.5m; int. H 0.45m; ext. H 2m) with a shallow external fosse (Wth. 4m; ext. D 0.4m). Original entrance may have been at E where there is now a large modern break (Wth 6m). Adjacent to the inner face of the bank at N is a possible structure (SL017-027002-). Compiled by: Patrick F.   Description

  At a rath (SL017-027001-). Against the inner face of the bank in the N of the rath is a slightly hollow rectangular area (8m E-W; c. 4m N-S). The N side is defined by the rath bank. The W and E sides are defined by inward-facing scarps marking a drop in interior ground level. The S side is open. It possibly marks the remains of a structure. Compiled by: Patrick F.
