  Detached three-bay single-storey house with half-dormer attic, extant 1839, on an L-shaped plan centred on single-bay single-storey projecting glazed porch abutting single-bay full-height projecting end bay; two-bay (west) or single-bay (east) full-height side elevations with three-bay full-height rear (north) elevation. In alternative use, 1839. Hipped slate roof on an L-shaped plan with terracotta ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stacks having stepped capping supporting terracotta octagonal pots, central rooflight to front (south) pitch, and cast-iron rainwater goods on roughcast eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Part creeper- or ivy-covered roughcast walls. Central door opening. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows (ground floor) or timber casement windows (half-dormer attic). Square-headed central door opening to rear (north) elevation with cut-granite block-and-start surround framing coursed rubble stone infill. Set in landscaped grounds with rear (north) elevation fronting on to road.

  Detached three-bay two-storey house with half-dormer attic, extant 1839, on a rectangular plan. In alternative use, 1839. Derelict, 1977. "Restored", 1978. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stacks having cut-granite stepped capping supporting yellow terracotta octagonal pots, timber bargeboards to gables on paired timber consoles, and cast-iron rainwater goods on overhanging timber eaves having paired timber consoles retaining cast-iron octagonal or ogee hoppers and downpipes. Part creeper- or ivy-covered coursed rubble stone walls originally rendered or roughcast with cut-granite flush quoins to corners; cement rendered surface finish (half-dormer attic). Square-headed central door opening approached by two lichen-spotted steps with replacement timber doorcase framing timber panelled door. Paired square-headed (north) or square-headed (south) window openings with cut-granite sills, and repointed red brick voussoirs framing replacement timber casement windows replacing six-over-six timber sash windows. Set in landscaped grounds perpendicular to road.

  Detached single-bay (six-bay deep) two-storey gable-fronted chapel-cum-dormitory, built 1898, on a rectangular plan originally attached. Remodelled, 1970, producing present composition. Pitched slate roof, clay ridge tiles with Celtic Cross finial to apex (north), and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Replacement cement rendered, ruled and lined walls. Pointed-arch window opening (north) with cut-granite millions, and cut-granite block-and-start surround having chamfered reveals with hood moulding on nail head-detailed label stops framing storm glazing over fixed-pane fittings having leaded stained glass panels. Square-headed window openings (first floor) with concrete sills, and concealed dressings framing three-over-six timber sash windows. Set in relandscaped grounds.

Creeper- or ivy-covered coursed rubble stone walls with concealed flush quoins to corners. Central door opening. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite lugged surrounds having chamfered reveals framing casement windows having horizontal glazing bars. Set in landscaped grounds with granite ashlar piers to perimeter having stepped capping supporting tubular street "farm gate".

Replacement pitched artificial slate roof on a T-shaped plan centred on pitched (gabled) artificial slate roof with pressed or rolled lead ridges, lichen-spotted cut-granite coping to gables on cut-granite "Cavetto" kneelers with fine roughcast chimney stacks to apexes having cut-granite capping supporting terracotta or yellow terracotta octagonal pots, and uPVC rainwater goods on slate flagged eaves retaining cast-iron octagonal or ogee hoppers and downpipes. Part creeper- or ivy-covered fine roughcast walls. Segmental-headed central door opening approached by flight of three cut-granite steps with red brick header bond voussoirs framing timber panelled door having overlight. Round-headed window openings to "cheeks" with concealed dressings framing fixed-pane timber fittings. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing one-over-one timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Interior including (ground floor): central hall retaining carved timber surrounds to door openings framing timber panelled doors; and carved timber surrounds to door openings to remainder framing timber panelled doors with carved timber surrounds to window openings framing timber panelled shutters. Set in landscaped grounds.
