  This is the record for the "first" of the three corn-drying kiln excavated by Goorik Dehaene (E3254) on the N11 road improvement scheme. The first was in the north of the site. The figure-of-eight cut (2.36m east–west by 1.33m by 0.45m) had eight fills. Layers of charred material were identified within these fills.   This is the record for the prehistoric features excavated by Goorik Dehaene (E3255) on the N11 road improvement scheme. The features excavated included: a pit with a rounded cut and a single fill was located in the centre of the site and a possible round hut structure located in the north of this site. In all, 31 stake-holes were located across the site. The possible structure and most of the stake-holes were within a natural depression, up to 23m (east–west) by 14m, and up to 0.45m deep and filled with a single fill. This consisted of four or five pits/post-holes, a possible slot-trench and an irregular pit/spread. The slot was 0.2m deep and was filled with a charcoal-rich clay and burnt clay.   This is the record for the corn-drying kiln in Red Tobin's excavation (E3259) on the N11 road improvement scheme. The kiln is of the ‘figure-of-eight’ plan variety. Within its fill were found two fragments of what appears to be a furnace bottom composed of iron slag. Seeds were identified within the fill of the kiln.
