Description

Description
Detached two-bay two-storey house, built c.1930. The house is finished in unpainted lined render with quoins; the upper section is finished with dry dash. The panelled front door and screen are multiple-paned and are recessed within a semi-circular headed opening with moulded dressings. Window openings are all flat-headed and frames are one over one timber sash; some are bipartite. To the south side is a two-storey canted bay with a similar bay to the west side of the south façade. The roof is hipped and finished with artificial slate and cast-iron rainwater goods; the chimneystack is rendered with a slightly corbelled cap and clay pots. The house is set within a small garden behind a small rubble stone wall.

Description
Semi-detached three-bay two-storey half dormer house, built c. 1870. The house is picturesque in style and is rendered with rusticated ground floor and roughcast to the first floor, moulded dressings to all openings. The panelled timber door has a plain fanlight and is set within a flat-headed opening. Window openings are segmental-headed and frames are all one over one timber sash. The pitched roof is finished with slate and extruded aluminium rainwater goods; chimneystacks are rendered and have corbelled caps and clay pots. The house is road fronted.

Description
Semi-detached two-bay two-storey pair of houses, built c.1900. These are finished in unpainted lined render with moulded panel decoration, broad surrounds to openings and granite quoins. The timber panelled doors are framed with panelled pilasters with console brackets; the plain fanlight is set in a semi-circular headed opening. Window openings are flat-headed and frames are either one over one or two over two timber sash. To the side of the door is a canted two-storey bay with sill courses. The pitched roof is finished with slate, cast-iron rainwater goods and serrated clay ridge tiles; the chimneystacks are rendered and have corbelled caps. The houses are set slightly back from cast-iron railings with square panelled gate pillars with pyramidal caps.

Description
Detached four-bay single-storey house, constructed c.1910. The house is clad in corrugated-iron. The panelled door sits within a small projecting porch with a shallow gable. The window openings are all flat-headed with multiple-paned casement windows. The roof is pitched and slated and has cast-iron rainwater goods; the brick chimneystack has clay pots. The house is set back from the roadside behind a low rendered wall, square gate pillars and plain wrought-iron gate.
