  Description

  In tillage, adjoining farmyard on W side. Circular area (diam. 30m) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.5m). Bank planted with deciduous trees; interior used for grazing.   Description

  In pasture. Circular area (diam. 27m) defined by single earthen bank (H 2.6m) with external fosse (D 1.5m). According to Hartnett (1939, 48), remains of outer bank were traceable, especially to W and SW, with substantial '20 foot section' surviving to ENE measuring '5 feet high and 6 feet wide'; 'there are entrances at the NE and SW'.
