Description
Detached multiple-bay two-storey outbuilding, built c.1850. Hipped slate roof. Rubble stone walls with dressed limestone quoins. Red brick surrounds and stone sills to window openings. Filled in segmental-arch carriage openings with brick and ashlar limestone dressings. Detached single-storey rubble stone outbuilding to west. Three-bay two-storey house to the site.

Detached five-bay two-storey former mill house, built c.1850. Pitched slate roof with brick chimneystacks. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed openings with stone sills and render surrounds. Timber battened door to west of façade. Porch addition to east. Limestone wall of former mill to west with mill wheel opening. Rubble and brick outbuilding to site with corrugated-iron roof and external steps. Mill stone to site.

Detached four-bay single-storey thatched house, built c.1870, with curved projecting entrance. Pitched thatch roof with rendered chimneystack. Slate roof to north-east. Rendered mud walls. Square-headed openings with stone sills. Single-bay addition with pitched slate roof to the north-east.

Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1880, with gabled central breakfront. Hipped slate roof with red brick chimneystacks. Red brick walls with moulded eaves course and recessed brick bands. Vitrified brick detailing to window arches. Timber sash windows set in segmental arched opening with stone sills. Round headed opening to gabled breakfront. Glazed porch addition. Red brick outbuilding to rear with pitched slate roof.
