Description
Towards the bottom of a gentle N-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 41.8m E-W; 40m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3.4-4.7m; int. H 0.3-0.6m; ext. H 0.95-1.5m), with a fosse (Wth of top 6.4m; Wth of base 2m; D 0.3m) SW-W. The entrance (Wth 1.5m) is at W, and there are lazy-beds and small clearance cairns in the interior. Description
Towards the bottom of a N-facing slope. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims 50m NNW-SSE; 42.2m ENE-WSW) defined by an earthen bank (at WSW: Wth 6m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 0.4m) SSW-NW and a scarp (at ENE: H 0.65m) elsewhere. There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance, and the perimeter is truncated slightly by an ENE-WSW field bank at S. Description
At the crest of the NE-facing slope of a hill. Circular overgrown area (diam. c. 39m WNW-ESE) defined by an overgrown earth and stone bank (at ESE: Wth 5.8m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.8m) with intermittently visible facing-stones (at WSW: Wth of wall 2m). There is an entrance (Wth 2.3m) at ENE, but there is no visible fosse. Description
Marked as a circular area on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map and as a rectangular one on the 1915 ed. and described as Lisnabostha in italic lettering on both. Situated on a low hillock in an undulating landscape. This is a rectangular grass-covered platform (dims 18.4m NE-SW; 16m NW-SE) defined by a scarp (H 0.45m at NW to 1.15m at SE) with numerous limestone grave-markers and a prominent stone with a triangular cross-section (dims 0.45m x 0.3m; H 0.7m) at the centre. Description
Marked faintly as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 35m) on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a SW-facing slope. Description
On an undulating landscape. D-shaped grass-covered area (dims c. 20m N-S; c. 15m E-W) defined by a scarp (H 0.6m) SW-N, but the perimeter is incorporated into a NW-SE field wall N-E.
