Description
On a low-lying landscape. Circular grass and scrub-covered area (diam. 34.4m NE-SW; 32.4m NW-SE) defined by an earth and stone bank with some bushes (Wth 6-7.5m; int. H 0.7-0.85; ext. H 1.55-1.85m), and slight traces of a fosse (Wth of base 2.5m; D 0.1m) at SE. The entrance (Wth 1.8m) is at E, and spoil has been added to the perimeter. Rath (RO045-119----) is c. 160m to the ENE and cashel (RO045-118001-) is c. 100m to the S. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010

Description
On a slight rise in a low-lying landscape. Subcircular grass-covered area (int. diam. 28.6m E-W; 25.8m N-S) defined by a stone spread with inner and outer facing-stones (Wth of wall 1.3-1.7m), best preserved NW-ENE. There is an entrance (Wth 3.3m) at ENE which may be original. A rectangular house site (RO045-118002-) (int. dims 4.2m E-W; 2.1m N-S) defined by a stone wall footing (Wth 1-1.5m) is attached to the inside of the perimeter at N. Raths (RO045-117----; RO045-119----) are c. 100m to the N and 210m to the NE respectively. This is a National Monument in state guardianship (No. 487). A rectangular house site (int. dims 4.2m E-W; 2.1m N-S) defined by a stone wall footing (Wth 1-1.5m) is attached to the inside of the perimeter of cashel (RO045-118001-) at N. Description
Marked as a circular feature (diam. c. 35m) on the 1837, and as a fragment of a bank NW-NE on the 1915 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. Situated towards the bottom of a gentle E-facing slope. This is a circular grass-covered area (diam. c. 18m NW-SE; c. 15m NE-SW) defined by a slight bank (at NW: Wth 3.4m; int. H 0.15m; ext. H 0.4m) separated by a fosse (at NW: Wth of base 1.5m; D 0.95m) from an outer bank (at NW: Wth 3.2m; ext. H 0.3m), all of which only survive W-N-E where the outer bank is incorporated into a field bank and hedge. Rath (RO045-149----) is c. 140m to the WSW. Description
On a slight ENE-facing slope in an undulating landscape. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 34.9m NE-SW; 32m NW-SE) defined by a slight earthen bank (Wth 3.6-6.9m; int. H 0.1-0.2m; ext. H 0.45-0.65m), with slight traces of a fosse (at SW: Wth 2m) SE-SW. There is an entrance (Wth 2.1m) at ENE. The monument is overlain by a NE-SW field bank towards the perimeter at NW. On a gentle NE-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 46.4m NE-SW) defined by an earthen bank with some bushes (Wth 3.9-4m; int. H 0.1-0.5m; ext. H 0.55-0.75m). There are slight traces of a fosse, but the entrance (Wth 3.9m) is at SE. The interior is bisected by a NE-SW field bank and farm lane. Rath (RO045-151----) is c. 160m to the W. On a rise at the SE end of a NW-SE spur. Oval grass-covered but poached area (dims 37m NNW-SSE; 29.8m WNW-WSW) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (at SSE: Wth 5.8m; int. H 1.25m; ext. H 2.3m) separated by a fosse (at SSE: Wth of top 6m; Wth of base 2m; D 0.95m) from a slight outer bank (Wth 3.2m; ext. H 0.35m). The entrance (Wth 2.4m) and causeway (Wth 4.5m) are at E.
