  Description

  Marked as an oval enclosure (dims c. 50m E-W; c. 30m N- S) on the 1837 and 1914 eds of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a knoll towards the bottom of the N-facing slope of an E-W drumlin ridge. Described as a roughly oval area surrounded by a very defaced earthen bank (Gannon 1972). It is not now visible at ground level in reclaimed pasture. Crannog (RO017-155----) is c. 120m to the ENE.   Description

  On a level landscape near the SW shore of Lough Curry (diam. c. 100m), which is a rectangular lake (dims. c. 400m N-S; c.150m E-W) on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. Circular grass-covered mound (diam. c. 15m; H 0.8m) which would have been within the lake. The possible rath (RO017-154----) is c. 120m to the WSW.   Description

  On the SSW-facing slope of a drumlin. Circular overgrown area (diam. 25.5m N-S; 23m E-W) defined by a scarp (H 0.55m at N to 1.4m at S) and outer fosse (Wth of base 4.3m at S to 6.8m at W; int. D 0.55m at N to 1.4m at S; ext. D 0.8m at W to 1.6m at N), with an outer bank (at S: Wth 4.1m; int. H 0.55m; ext. H 1.5m; at W: 5.5m; int. H 1.5m; ext. H 0.7m) E-S-NW. There is no visible entrance.   Description

  Marked as a small feature (diam. c. 20m) on the 1837 and 1914 eds of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a N-facing slope of an E-W drumlin ridge.   Description

  On a shelf towards the E end of the N-facing slope of an E-W drumlin ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 31.5m N-S, 29.5m E-W) defined by an earthen bank and hedge (at WNW: Wth 5m; int. H 0.7m; ext. H 1.5m; at NE: Wth 7m; int. H 1.8m; ext. H 2.3m), and an outer fosse (Wth of base 3.5-4m; D 0.3-0.8m) SE-W-NE. There is no visible entrance.   Description

  On the W-facing slope of a low E-W drumlin ridge c. 180m from the N bank of the W-E Owenur River. Described as an oval area surrounded by an earthen bank and fosse (Gannon 1972).
