  Description

  On top of a low NE-SW drumlin ridge, towards the NE end. Circular grass-covered but poached area (diam. 34.5m N-S) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 3-3.7m; int. H 0.4m at E to 1.15m at N; ext. H 0.95m at E to 1.5m at N), with an outer fosse (Wth of base 1.8-2.2m; D 0.15-0.4m) NE-S-NNW. The entrance (Wth 3.5m) at E is blocked by a drystone wall.   Description

  On a S-facing slope towards the SW end of a low NE-SW drumlin ridge. D-shaped grass-covered area (dims. 19.5m NW-SE; 7m NE-SW) defined by a scarp (H 0.8-1.05m) S-WSW and an earthen bank (Wth 5m; int. H 0.2-0.45m; ext. H 1.3m) W-NW. The site is truncated at NE by a NW-SE field bank, and nothing of it is visible NE of this feature. Archaeological testing c. 100m to the SE failed to produce any related material (Read 2002).   Description

  On the SW-facing slope of a low NE-SW ridge. Circular grass-covered area (dim. 32m NW-SE) defined by an overgrown scarp (H 0.8-1m) SE-WSW and an earthen bank (Wth 3.5m; int. H 0.2-0.3m; ext. H 0.8-1m) with a fosse (Wth of base 3.3m; D 0.55m) W-NW. The perimeter merges into the slope elsewhere. Rath (RO011-042----) is c. 20m to the NE and rath (RO011-043----) is c. 115m to the SSE.   Description

  Marked faintly as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 35m) cut by a NE-SW road towards the perimeter at NW on the 1837 and 1914 eds of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a low rise.   Description

  On a slight rise in a low-lying landscape. Circular grass-covered area (diam. c. 30m) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3.5-4m; int. H 0.3-0.6m; ext. H 1.2-1.4m) incorporated into a field bank and hedge W-N-S, with an outer fosse (Wth of base 2m; D 0.3-0.4m) at NW which is visible as a band of rushes (Wth 4m) at E.   Description

  On a shelf of a gentle SE-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 40.7m N-S; 40m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3.9-4m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.65-0.7m) SE-WSW and a scarp (H 0.4m at E to 0.8m at N) elsewhere with an outer fosse (Wth of base 1.8-2m; D 0.2m) E-WSW, which is visible as a band of rushes (Wth 2.6m) elsewhere. There is an entrance (Wth 3.3m) at SSE. The possible ringfort (RO011-067----) is c. 120m to the NW, rath (RO011-068----) is c. 170m to the SSW, and rath (RO011-070----) is c. 220m to the E.
