A circular enclosure which is depicted on the 1st ed. 6-inch OS map (1838) in the style of a rath and OS Name Books (1838/40) refer to '3 small Forts or Raths in the Tld.'. Description
Detached three-bay one and a half-storey worker's house, built c.1870. The worker's house is finished in render with drip mouldings. The panelled front door has a semi-circular headed opening and a moulded surround; it is flanked with two blind openings; these are set within a slightly projecting gabled porch with decorative bargeboards. Window openings are flat-headed with two over two top-hung replacement frames. First floor windows are set within small gables with decorative bargeboards. The pitched roof is finished with natural slate and cast-iron rainwater goods. The worker's house is slightly set back from the road.

Description
Detached seven-bay two-storey former pair of workers' houses, built c.1850. The walls are finished in render. The panelled part glazed door has a plain fanlight and granite surround and is surmounted with a projecting cornice with console brackets. Window openings are flat-headed with six over six timber sash frames. The hipped roof is finished with natural slate and has cast-iron rainwater goods. Chimneystacks are constructed in ashlar granite with corbelled caps and clay pots. To the north side of the front façade there is a "wall box" post box with "VR [Victoria Regina]" monogram. The houses are set slightly back from the road.

The panelled part door is set within a small gabled porch, which is set on the side elevation. Window openings are flat-headed top-hung aluminium replacement frames. First floor windows are surmounted by small gable peaks. The hipped roof is finished with natural slate and has cast-iron rainwater goods. Chimneystacks are constructed in ashlar granite with corbelled caps and clay pots. The houses are set back from the road behind small mature gardens.

The hipped roof is finished with natural slate and has cast-iron rainwater goods; the eaves are slightly overhanging. The chimneystack is finished in render with corbelled caps and clay pots. The houses are set back from the road behind small mature gardens with low rubble walls.

Description
Detached three-bay two and a half-storey estate manager's house, built c.1840. The house is constructed in squared granite blocks and uncoursed rubble. The original two-storey portion is pedimented with a single-storey later addition to the west side. To the rear is a large range of outbuildings which served as a timber yard for the estate; this contains a tall industrial chimney. The panelled front door has a plain flat-headed fanlight and a shallow projecting bracketed canopy. Windows openings are also flat-headed with eight over eight timber sash frames. The hipped roof is finished with natural slate and cast-iron rainwater goods. The chimneystack is constructed in granite with a corbelled cap and clay pots. The house is slightly set back from the road.

Description
Pair of detached three-bay two-storey workers' houses, built 1880. The former gas works for the Coolattin Park estate are located to the south. The houses are finished in render with moulded quoins. The front doors are set within single-storey porches. Window openings are flat-headed with eight over eight timber sash frames. The hipped roofs are finished with natural slate and extruded aluminium rainwater goods. The houses are set slightly back from the road.
