  Description

  On a gentle SE-facing slope in pasture. A circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) indicated on both eds. of the OS 6-inch map. Given that the possible mound c. 500m WNW was reused as a tree-ring, this may also have been a landscape feature. Not visible at ground level.   Description

  Situated in flat marshy terrain on the floor of a stream valley. A circular, poorly preserved, enclosure (diam. 25m) defined by a fosse (Wth 4m). The interior is slightly domed. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wicklow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).   Description

  Four-arch road bridge over the River Slaney, built c.1780. The bridge is constructed in coursed rubble with dressed granite voussoirs to the semi-circular arches. The parapets have semi-dressed granite coping.
